PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS FOR CLOSURES DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR FOR THE INABILITY TO MAKE IT THROUGH THE ATTRACTIONS. Comfortable footwear suggested as some floors will move - high heels not recommended
IF YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS ON LINE GO DIRECTLY TO THE ATTRACTIONS, SKIP THE TICKET BOOTH. ARRIVE ANY TIME BETWEEN THE TICKET TIMES LISTED.
Avoid the ticket line. Simply bring your ticket (print at home or via smart phone) with you the night of the event and walk into the attraction line. Your online ticket will be scanned before you enter the attractions.
We do not take returns or exchanges and cannot offer refunds for closures due to poor weather conditions. Your ticket is dated and must be used on the date selected. Tickets from earlier seasons are not accepted.
Tickets, Merchandise and Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for events that occur at the time and location advertised at the time of purchase. Refunds on tickets and merchandise may be offered to shows cancelled - and not rescheduled - due to pandemics, natural disasters or other emergency situations.
